Appeals Policy
An appeal may be submitted when a student believes a grade was miscalculated by the instructor. To file an appeal, please e-mail Sherri Tindal, Futurepast’s Operations Manager, at [email protected] or call +1 (703) 357-9127 ext. 1.
The appeal may be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the certificate issuance date.
